The following provides a description of the updates that have been made to the Aspen at Melford:
Completed this past month:
- Lap siding and balconies progressed at Building A1
- Cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, bath accessories, and window treatments were installed in Building A1
- Masonry veneer & TPO roofing completed and lap siding progressed at Building A2
- Drywall, paint, tile, and cabinets were installed in Building A2
- Masonry veneer completed and lap siding progressed at Building B
- Drywall and paint were installed in Building B
- Masonry veneer work started at Building C
- MEP rough-ins completed, insulation and drywall started in Building C
- Roofing work completed at Building D
- MEP rough-ins are ongoing in Building D
- Drywall progressed in the amenity areas
- Foundations for the pool house and cabana structures were started in the front entry plaza, grading completed, underground electric completed, concrete curb and drive aisle work started, and rough-in for the fountain started
Upcoming this month:
- During the upcoming month, lap siding will complete at Building A1, and LVT flooring will begin to be installed on the lower levels of Building A1
- Lap siding will complete at Building A2, and light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and bath accessories will be installed in Building A2
- Lap siding will complete at Building B
- Cabinets and countertops will be installed in Building B
- Masonry veneer and lap siding will progress at Building C
- Drywall, paint, and gypcrete will progress in Building C
- MEP rough-ins will complete in Building D
- Paint and millwork will begin in the amenity areas
- Structures for the poolhouse and cabana will begin
- Hardscapes will begin to be installed in the front entry plaza
- All material procurement will be complete.
