The following provides a description of the updates that have been made to the Aspen at Melford schedule with a data date of 03/10/2023:
Completed this past month:
- Masonry veneer completed and lap siding progressed at Building A1
- Drywall, paint, tile, and door installation progressed at Building A1
- Cabinets were delivered for Building A1
- Gypcrete was poured on the upper levels of Building A1
- Masonry veneer & lap siding progressed at Building A2
- Insulation and drywall progressed at Building A2
- Wood framing progressed at Buildings C & D
- The plaza & south courtyard areas were cleared out for site work to begin
- Storefront windows installed in amenity areas
Upcoming this month:
- Lap siding will complete at Building A1 Cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures will begin to be installed on lower levels of Building A1
- Masonry veneer and lap siding will completed at Building A2
- Insulation and drywall will complete at Building A2
- Paint, tile, and doors will begin at Building A2
- Wood framing will complete at Buildings C & D
- MEP rough-ins will begin in Building C
- Site work will begin in the south courtyard and plaza areas Insulation and drywall will progress in amenity areas
